ABOUT GASTON & REBECA REBOREDO

Florida Property Management Services, Inc. was founded with the mission of helping our clients create profitable real estate investments. We offer the latest technology along with personalized service. We have built lifetime relationships with most of our clients by providing them with the support and peace-of-mind they need. 

As husband and wife and as business partners, Gaston and Rebeca Reboredo, are true representatives of the American dream, developing their company philosophy of a “family enterprise to serve families.” Gaston was born in Cuba and grew up in Venezuela where he met and married Rebeca. As an Industrial Engineer and MBA graduate, Gaston worked for an industrial conglomerate until 1988, when he and his family came to Miami to pursue a business venture.

But, instead of returning to Venezuela, the duo decided to permanently relocate to South Florida, starting a real estate company in 1990 and becoming U.S. Citizens in 1993. “Our children were born here,” said Gaston, “and the way people and this country embraced us, it made us feel like we were truly a part of this great nation.” 

Rebeca is the Director of Residential Management for the company and she holds the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation. Gaston is the President-Broker of the company and he holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CPM (Certified Property Manager), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute) designations. Gaston is also a Licensed Community Association Manager and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Gaston and Rebeca both became active members of the South Florida community, working on behalf of many charitable and service organizations, especially Rotary International. Gaston is Past President of the Rotary Club of Weston, Florida. And has been a Rotarian since 2000. “As the leading service organization in the world, Rotary has been our conduit to give back to our community and to humanity,” said Gaston.

Florida Property Management Services, Inc., was a logical outgrowth of the company’s real estate and development businesses, serving residential and commercial property owners and investors needing outside assistance managing their properties. We strive to be the perfect guardians of their real estate investments in South Florida. We also offer commercial-investment brokerage services through our sister company, Re/Max Commercial Associates , LLC where our President-Broker Gaston Reboredo CCIM CPM is a Broker-Principal that oversees investments sales.

OUR TEAM

Valerie Praznik GRI

Valerie is the Director of Residential Leasing for Florida Property Management Services, Inc. She is a Florida Licensed Real Estate broker, and a Realtor member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Association of Realtors.

Valerie is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute, holding the GRI designation. She is in charge of property marketing and promotion, tenant screening and application approvals, lease negotiations and other general leasing activities for all the residential properties.

Valerie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and has been involved in real estate leasing and sales since 2005, following a marketing assignment with a national marketing research firm. Valerie services clients in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Steven Chess CCIM

Steven Chess, Director of Commercial Leasing, is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation

Steven not only services our clientele in the commercial leasing arena, but also offers great knowledge and expertise in brokerage services, real estate consulting and client representation in the disposition and acquisition of commercial-investment properties.

Steven has served national tenants, private investment funds and institutional clients in South Florida for many years. Steven is a member of the CCIM Institute (www.ccim.com) and a CCIM Designee. He has been active in the Broward Professional Alliance, Realtors Commercial Alliance, Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Weston, International Consortium of Shopping Centers, South Florida Industrial Brokers Association and NAIOP. He has experience in commercial leasing and sales in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Jaime Alegrett

Jaime is our Business Manager. His experience in solving complex buiness and managerial situations bring a cutting edge advantage to our company. He oversees all aspects of administration, office and field operations, and vendor and supplier contract negotiations. 

Jose Di Parsia

Jose is the Director of Property Maintenance for Florida Property Management Services, Inc. He oversees all maintenance operations and long-term asset preservation in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Jose is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Agent and holds a BS in Economics. His experience in facilities management, marketing and client relations is a great asset for our  maintenance operation. He joined our company after a career of more than 20 years with IBM.

Paula Bosque

Paula is our  Commercial Property Manager Coordinator, supervising properties throughout South Florida and overseeing on-site managers and leasing personnel. Her vast experience in selling, leasing and managing properties in Florida is a true asset for our operation, especially in the development of comprehensive management plans for our clients.
