What is a CCIM?
A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of more than 9,000 professionals who hold the CCIM designation across North America and more than 30 countries. Nearly 9,000 additional professionals are pursuing the CCIM designation. Since the CCIM program was created in 1969, more than 15,000 commercial real estate professionals earned the designation. CCIM Institute has taught more than 225,000 students since 1969.

What is IREM? Institute of Real Estate Management
The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has been the source for education, resources, information, and membership for real estate management professionals for more than 75 years. An affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, IREM is the only professional real estate management association serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors. With 80 U.S. chapters, 10 international chapters and several other partnerships around the globe, IREM is an international organization that also serves as an advocate on issues affecting the real estate management industry.
What is FARPM?
The mission of FARPM (Florida Association of Residential Property Managers) is to provide a trade association for the residential property management industry in Florida, primarily for those licensed real estate agents who manage single family dwellings and other smaller residential properties. To educate the membership, to promote a high standard of business ethics among the membership and to
provide an interstate network.
What is CIPS?
The Certified International Property Specialist Network (CIPS Network) is
the specialty membership group for international practitioners of the
National Association of REALTORS®, the world's largest trade
association. The CIPS designation prepares REALTORS® to service the
growing international market by focusing on culture, exchange
rates,Investment trends and legal issues.
The CIPS Network is comprised of real estate professionals in 50+ countries who deal in all types of real estate, but with one common element: they are focused specifically on the international market, most often in their local area. Whether assisting foreign investors, helping local buyers invest abroad, or serving a growing immigrant population in local markets, CIPS members are consumers’ best providers of professional skills in the unique aspect of international real estate.

The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real
estate professional who has made a commitment to providing a superior
level of professional services by earning the GRI designation.
REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas
of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.
